At Elevate Sports Performance, our mission is to help young athletes in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and the surrounding Virginia communities build the strength, speed, and confidence they need to succeed in their sport and stay healthy long-term.
We specialize in youth strength and conditioning training designed specifically for developing athletes. Our programs focus on building strong movement fundamentals, improving athletic performance, and reducing the risk of injury through safe, age-appropriate training methods.
Whether an athlete plays football, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, wrestling, or any other sport, developing strength, speed, agility, and coordination provides a foundation that carries over to every field and every season.

MEET COACH ben
Coach Ben is a strength and conditioning coach with over 10 years of experience helping athletes build strength, speed, and confidence in their performance. He holds an ISSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification and specializes in training youth athletes ages 10–18.
Coach Ben has worked with athletes from a variety of sports including football, soccer, baseball, and wrestling/grappling, helping them become faster, stronger, and more resilient regardless of their sport.
His approach focuses on developing strong movement fundamentals, proper strength training technique, and the athletic qualities that translate across all sports—speed, power, coordination, and injury resistance.
In addition to coaching, Ben has trained and competed in **Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past nine years. His own fitness journey also includes losing over 155 pounds, an experience that shaped his passion for helping others build strength, discipline, and long-term health through training.
Today, Coach Ben works with young athletes throughout **Fredericksburg, Virginia and the surrounding area to help them develop the physical foundation needed to succeed in sports and beyond.
