GROUP TRAINING

Group training sessions are designed to help athletes build the physical tools needed to succeed in their sport. These sessions focus on developing strength, speed, coordination, agility, and injury resilience in a structured and supportive environment.

Athletes train alongside others, creating a positive mix of competition and encouragement that helps push each athlete to improve.

Group training works well for:

• Small groups of friends
• Club teams
• School teams
• Off-season development groups

Sessions typically range from 3 to 20 athletes, depending on the group.

Smaller groups (3–5 athletes) allow for more individualized coaching and instruction.

Medium groups (6–10 athletes) create a great balance between coaching attention and competitive energy.

Large team sessions (11–20 athletes) focus on team conditioning, speed work, and athletic development.

Each session may include training for:

• Sprint mechanics
• Change of direction and agility
• Explosive power
• Strength development
• Injury prevention

Training can be scheduled as single sessions, short training camps, or multi-week development programs depending on the needs of the athletes or team.

The goal is to build athletes who are stronger, faster, more confident, and more resilient in their sport.

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING

Every athlete develops differently and has unique strengths and weaknesses. Personalized training programs provide athletes with a structured plan tailored specifically to their sport, goals, and development level.

Each program begins with an evaluation designed to assess the athlete’s movement quality, strength, coordination, and athletic ability.

Using this information, a customized program is created to improve the areas most important for that athlete’s development.

Programs may target improvements in:

• Strength
• Speed
• Explosiveness
• Mobility
• Conditioning
• Injury prevention

Athletes receive weekly check-ins during the first four weeks to ensure exercises are performed correctly and training is progressing appropriately.

At the end of each training block, a follow-up evaluation measures improvements and helps guide the next phase of training.

This system helps athletes develop into well-rounded athletes while providing clear and measurable progress.

1:1 PRIVATE TRAINING

Private training offers the most individualized coaching experience. Athletes receive a fully customized strength and conditioning program designed around their sport, goals, and development needs.

Training begins with a comprehensive evaluation assessing strength, speed, coordination, mobility, and movement quality.

From there, a personalized training plan is created to help the athlete improve in the areas most important for their sport.

During each session, athletes receive direct coaching and feedback to ensure proper technique and safe progression.

This level of attention allows for faster improvements in strength, speed, and overall athletic performance.

Private training is ideal for athletes who want focused instruction and a structured plan for long-term development.
